The Scientist70 has a blade length of approximately 70 cm for a total length of 31.5” (80cm). When folded the length reduces to only 18” (45cm) long. The handle of the saw can be connected to the Brooks-Range Backcountry Shovel shaft as well as telescoping ski poles to increase the reach. Available in left and right-handed versions.
